Gross breach of inaccurately obtained Patient Confidentiality rumour passed on to young daughter has made my situation 100x worse, by Julie Fox; also I was read diagnosis on phone by her superior, aforementioned is total rubbish based on hearsay and exacerbated by me having hearing loss, ear infection and an old phone; it is outrageous and extremely damaging to my family circumstances; am not in possession of documentation of what Sean O`Mahoney read to me, merely a letter that says nothing much.
I want a copy of original diagnosis as my Gp has it; I want it in writing.
How can a MHT Social Worker diagnose me? She does not have the qualification for this- Sean said it was her doing, not the Dr with her.
I currently have physical health issues, ongoing, which take priority over such nonsense, also struggling with money and am a Carer for 2 others.
I have arranged funding for a further opinion,
I wish I had never spoken to MHT.
Lucy Betts is looking into this for me, however, I suspect everyone will have a nice Xmas, see their families, I won`t, then the stuff remains on my notes, now it`s there.
Strongly suggest team members be sworn to the Hippocratic Oath, (first principle,) being `Do no harm`.
Thank you for everything. I owed your team my life. I promise to give back to the community as much as I can in the future for what I have revived.
I am glad that the Warneford hospital took me in as only they could. I have made some great friends during my stay, I have received excellent care and attention from most of the staff. I understand that I was apparently intimidating to staff when I was brought in, but some of the staff took their time to observe and understand me and see me bounce back. Being bilingual helped too. Ahmed, Farai, Yusuf, Rose and a few more are worth much more appreciation than I can ever give. Thank you all, and have a merry Christmas.
